Last day of the trip, we visit Imado Jinja Shrine, the origin o "Maneki Neko" or "Beckoning Lucky Cat". Once upon a time, an old poor woman who lived in Imado (Asakusa) had to sell her cat sadly. In the dream, the cat told her to make its image in clay. She did so and soon sold the statue. The clay cats were so popular and she soon become rich by selling them.

Jindaiji
Jindaiji Temple is an ancient Buddhist temple in Chofu City, and the second oldest, after Sensoji Temple in Asakusa. So excited to visit Jindaiji and Kitaro Chaya at the same time.
